bring nine people or bring sixteen, the price is the same. you are buying the week, not the beds. it does not punish you for filling the house.

how you pay
a quarter locks it.
no surprises later. this is the whole schedule, and it goes into the agreement exactly as it reads here.
if your dates move
the deposit is not refunded in cash, but your week is never lost. move it to another free week and we carry everything across. tell us as early as you can and it is simply a rescheduling.
invoiced by tatev international group limited, hong kong, so your finance team has a proper document to file. the agreement is in writing before anything is paid.

mornings work. afternoons off.
the thinking happens before lunch while everyone is fresh, and the rest of the day is the reason they will remember the week.
you already know your schedule
send it over and we fit around it. sessions run to 3pm on tuesday, surf moves to the evening. want thursday clear for a strategy day, the day trip moves.
you would rather we planned it
tell me the group and what you want out of the week, and we come back with the whole thing planned out.
the room kit
whiteboards, a projector, screens, extension leads, whatever your week needs. tell me before you come and it is there when you arrive. no extra charge.
you get a real desk
the house has wifi now, and before january we add starlink alongside it plus a proper working space.

nothing here is fixed. it is your house for the week, so if you want three full working days and one surf, we build it that way.
eight rooms, sixteen beds
the rooms, one by one.
nobody has to share with a stranger unless they want to.

a team of eight can have a private room each. sixteen fills the twins two up and the private rooms two up. anything in between, tell us who shares with whom and we set it before you land.
the shared parts
the pool, the pavilion, the living room, the balcony over the fields, the firepit, the pool table, the darts, the record player and the outdoor gym. from january, the extension adds three more rooms and the games area.
a private chef, every meal
the kitchen does what you ask.
you send the list before you arrive and it is handled from the first dinner, per person, not as one compromise menu everyone puts up with.
vegetarian, vegan, coeliac, allergies, no pork, no dairy, whatever it is. if half your team is training and wants high protein, the chef cooks high protein for them and something else for everyone else at the same table. if somebody eats at 6am before a call, breakfast is at 6am.
this is the thing our spain guests write about most in eight years of reviews, so it is the part we are least willing to get wrong.

adults only. surf coaching starts from never having stood on a board. anything not on this list, ask. most of what a team needs is either already here or a phone call away.
why you can hand us the week
this is the eighth year, not the first.
lombok is a new house. the crew running it is not new. amigos started in cantabria, spain in 2019 and has run a full camp there every summer since.
the house already exists
it is standing, and we stayed in it this summer. before january we add the extension. we would rather tell you what is being built than show you a render and hope.
who you are actually paying
tatev international group limited, hong kong. that is the amigos company for lombok, and it invoices you properly so your finance team has something real to file. the whole thing goes in writing before any money moves.

the house runs saturday to saturday, all 52 weeks of the year, from 9 january 2027.
easier still, just send me the dates you have in mind and i will come back within a day. once we are talking about a specific week i take it off sale so nobody books into it underneath you.
the questions we get
quick answers.
we are only nine people. same price?
yes. you are buying the week and the whole house, not a number of beds. nine people means everyone gets more room, and a higher price per head, which is why most groups end up bringing more once they see the number.
can we bring more than sixteen?
no. sixteen is the real limit of the house. we would rather say no than put people somewhere they will not sleep well.
is the wifi good enough to actually work?
everybody asks and it is fair. the house has normal wifi now, and before january we are adding starlink alongside it plus a proper working space. if a reliable connection is the thing your week depends on, say so early and we will show you the setup before you commit.
what if some of our people cannot surf?
most of our guests have never surfed. coaching starts from zero and the water is warm. anyone who would rather stay dry has yoga, the pool, the gym and a massage.
how do we get there?
fly into lombok international (LOP). we pick you up and drop you back, and that is in the price. the house sits 200 metres from the beach, a ten minute bike ride from kuta.
what are the payment terms?
25% on signing locks the week and takes it off sale. the rest is due 60 days before you arrive. pay the whole thing up front and it is € 32.300 instead of € 34.000. the deposit is not refunded in cash, but the week is movable, so a change of plan is a rescheduling rather than a loss. all of it goes in writing before anything is paid.
